WHAT IS A DOCUMENT CHECKING SERVICE?

You feel that you can complete the correct application form and provide the specific documents required under the Immigration Rules but want to have a second pair of eyes from a Specialist to have that reassurance, then our Document Checking Service is for you.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF THE DOCUMENT CHECKING SERVICE?

Providing the correct supporting documents prevents your application from being delayed or, in the worst-case scenario, being refused and losing out on thousands of pounds in Home Office fees.

With our Document Checking Service, you can significantly minimise the risk of your application being delayed or refused.

WHICH TYPE OF APPLICATIONS DO YOU REVIEW?

We offer a Document Checking Service for the following type of Applications:

  • Spouse visa
  • Unmarried partner
  • Civil partnership
  • Fiancé
  • Proposed Civil Partnership

The Document Checking Service is not suitable for those who are:

  1. Not sure which application form to complete or not certain what documents to provide.
  2. In the UK, with no legal status
  3. Have poor immigration history and compliance
  4. Have a criminal conviction (s).

WHAT ARE OUR FEES?

 We charge an advanced and non-refundable fee of £500 plus VAT (20%), if applicable.

VAT

If you have legal status in the UK, the fees will attract VAT. VAT is currently charged at 20%.

WHAT SCOPE OF FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE FEE?

The service includes:

  1. Checking that you have the correct application form
  2. Identify any issues/mistakes in your draft application form
  3. Check that your documents are in compliance with the Immigration Rules
  4. Written advice setting out what corrective steps you need to take, if any.

 

HOW DO I PURCHASE A DOCUMENT CHECKING SERVICE?

To purchase our Document Checking Service, please email us at contact@whsolicitors.co.uk with the following information and documents:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your contact number
  3. Your address
  4. A copy of your passport and, if applicable, your Biometric Residence Card

We will email you an invoice for the payment of the service.

I HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT, WHAT NEXT?

Once your payment is received, we will send you a secure link so that you can upload your draft application form and supporting documents.

We will send you an email explaining how to you should prepare and arrange your documents before uploading them.

Once you have uploaded all the documents that you want us to review, you will need to email us at contact@whsolicitors.co.uk to start the process of checking your documents.

HOW LONG WILL YOU TAKE TO REVIEW THE DOCUMENTS?

Once you have confirmed that you have uploaded all your documents, we will commence the review and provide written advice within 3 working days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Document Checking Service is a one-off service limited to the scope of work listed above.
  2. It remains your responsibility to ensure that you meet the requirement of the Immigration Rules and follow any suggestions in the written advice.
  3. If you require further review of your documents after receiving our written advice, a discounted advanced and non-refundable fee of £250 plus VAT, if applicable, is payable.
